Privacy notice
This notice explains what Khalil Labs (SMC-Private) Limited (“Khalil Labs”, “we”) does with information collected through khalillabs.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send through the enquiry form: your name, your email address and your message. When the form is submitted, the server also records the IP address and country it came from, to help us spot abuse.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run that engagement. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the form endpoint.
- Resend delivers the form submission to us as an email.
- Microsoft 365 hosts the mailbox where enquiries are kept.
These providers may process data outside your country, under their own security and data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, correspondence is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Send the request through the enquiry form and say it is a privacy request.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
