How a project runs

We agree scope, milestones and what "done" means in writing before we build. Each milestone ends with a live demo of working software you can test and steer, and nothing goes live until it passes the acceptance criteria you signed off. You get the source code, the documentation and access to everything we set up.

The technology is chosen for what your team can run and maintain, not for novelty.

After launch: maintenance and support

Software needs looking after. We offer ongoing maintenance, fixes and continuous improvement under a support agreement, for systems we built and for systems we inherit.

Fixed price or time and materials?

Fixed scope per milestone. If priorities change, we re-plan the next milestone rather than run an open-ended timesheet.

Who owns the code?

You do, together with the documentation. We do not hold your software hostage.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start with a short assessment of the code and how it is run, then agree what to stabilise first.
